When are you shipping my order?
If you order before 4p.m. we will ship it on the same day. If you orer after 4p.m. we will ship it on the next day Exception on sundays and national holidays.
What are the shipping costs?
We charge €3,50 for packing/shipping costs. If you order a big order or certified keys we will send them with special delivery (€8,80).
The shipping costs or special delivery costs will be shown in the shopping cart.
Do I need to bring my car if I want to get my carkey duplicated?
Yes, in most of the cars is a transponder which we need to read out in the car. This is a so called rolled code. So yes, please bring your car.
Do I need to prove that I am the owner of the car if I want to duplicate a carkey?
No, for duplicating a carkey we don’t need a ID.
If I did lose all of my carkeys, can you still duplicate a new key?
You can ask your dealer for the keycode, we can make a key that will fit in the cardoor. However if there is a chip inside, we cannot make the car start.
The enclosure of my carkey is broken/worn out Can you replace it?
Yes, we can replace the plastic enclosure and make sure the switch button works.
The battery of my carkey is empty. Can you replace it?
Yes, by most of the cars it’s not a problem and you can wait for it.
Can you mill my carkey?
Yes, we have special computer-controlled adapters to mill your carkey.
Do you also duplicate carkey with remote?
We can provide several carkey brands with remote. To make sure we have yours, give us a call.
Do you duplicate every kind of bikekey?
Yes, we duplicate every kind of bicycle key Even the newest one from AXA. A spare key also comes in handy for the insurance.
Do you duplicate certified Mul-T-Lock keys?
Yes, we are a Mul-T-Lock dealer so we can duplicate them. In order for us to duplicate your key, we do need the certifcate.
We lost our certificate from our certified key-lock-system can you still provide a key or cylinder and/or lock?
Sorry to hear that you lost your certificate. Please email us a photo of your key/lock. We will look in our system if the key-lock-system is still certificied and we will check if we can provide you with a new one.
What am I supposed to do when I lost my roofbox key?
There is a code on your roof box lock. If you can email that code to info@swier.nl or fill it in your order, we can make a new key from your code.
We need an extra caravan/trailerkey, can you help us out?
Caravan/trailerkeys are our specialty! Take a look in our webshop Is your key not in our webshop (yet)? Email us a photo of your key and we will check if we can help you.
Do you duplicate oldtimer carkeys?
We do! We make every kind of brand oldtimerkey, most of them just by code in our webshop.
Keys from Dom Plura, do you also duplicate them on code?
Yes. If you fill in the keycode, which is on the DOM key, on our orderpage we can duplicatie/re-order your key for €8,95.
I lost the key(s) from my towbar, can you help me?
No problem, most of the towbarkeys are in our webshop and with the keycode you can order them. You can find the keycode on the lock, just above the keyentrance.
